X-Ecuter 256k.bin = Xecuter bios in 256k format (for Matrix, Cheapmod, MultiBIOS, etc)

/encrypted/ contains bioses encrypted in the Xecuter format so they can be flashed onto an original Xecuter chip with the proper tools (more to come later)
