With its intuitive streamlined interface, the Mega X-Key software is easy to use, and you will be transferring saves in no time! Installation

To install the Mega X-Key software on your computer, simply insert the included CD, and answer the questions that automatically appear on your screen. If for some reason the CD does not automatically begin the installation process, you can also choose Run… from the Start Menu and type in ‘d:\setup.exe’ where ‘d’ is the drive letter of your CD-ROM.

Usage

Transferring saves to the Mega X-Key is very easy. Simply run the Mega X-Key software, and then plug the Mega X-Key into a USB port on your computer. The Mega X-Key software will automatically detect the Mega X-Key and show you all the saves that are loaded on it.

To send a new save to your Mega X-Key, highlight the save you want to send on the PC side of the screen, and then press the green arrow at the top to send it to your Mega X-Key. Once it completes the transfer, you can unplug the Mega X-Key from your computer’s USB port, and plug it into the supplied X-Box cable and attach it to a controller port. Now you can access the save on your X-Box! Reverse this process and you can backup and share your save games just as easily!

This Toolbar is where you control your Mega X-Key

	This button brings up the settings dialog, where you can adjust the programs settings. The options are explained in the next section.
	Refreshes the Mega X-Key saves list to match what is stored on your Mega X-Key.
	Deletes a save from your Mega X-Key.
	Transfers the selected saves on your Mega X-Key to your computer.
	Transfers the selected saves on your computer to your Mega X-Key.
	Refreshes the PC saves list to match what is stored on your computer’s Hard Drive.
	Display’s description information about the save. You can use this to better describe your save games. This is especially helpful for keeping several backups of the same game.
	Deletes a save from your computer.
	Submit your save game to Xbox-Saves and its partner sites to share over the internet.
	This displays the About Window.

Settings

The Backup Xbox Live Account button will make a backup file for your Xbox Live Account if present on the Mega X-Key, and the Entire Mega X-Key button will create a single file backup of your entire Mega X-Key. Use the restore buttons to copy these files back to your Mega X-Key.
