   TRAINER NOTES
   =============
               

   1. Infinite Ammo		- As it says Infinite Ammo and no reload.

   2. Infinite Focus		- As it says Infinite Focus


   3. Infinite Health		- Don't lose health. 

				  *NOTE* you can still die by falling or 
				         being to close to a bomb.

   4. 1 Hit 1 Kill		- As it says one hit one kill.

				  *NOTE* Infinite must be on for this to work.
				  *NOTE* Some things are not a hit untill 
				         after 2+ kicks/punches

   5. Vampric Regeneration	- Built-in Cheat. Regenerate health after
				  killing someone.

   6. Indestructible Weapons	- Built-in Cheat.
