| Notes: I only tested this briefly, so I'm sure theres places in the game |
|        that don't like the speed modified, theres really not a lot I can |
|        do about those, so enjoy it where it works.  This game is STRANGE |
|        to train, and I JUST started playing it - I have no idea if I     |
|        will be able to do the follow the screen things, or the balance   |
|        things.  This should make decission making AND the follow games   |
|        easier though - the slower you have it, the longer you have to    |
|        wait between dialogs during a conversation.  So I'd suggest using |
|        it when its necessary, then turning it back to normal             |
